Individual services

One-on-one therapy

Individual therapy may be available depending on my current caseload and availability. If you are interested, you can ask about openings and we can discuss whether working together would be a good fit.

Ask about individual therapy

The inquiry form is a first step. Submitting it does not confirm availability or establish a therapist–client relationship.

The approach

There is something different about reflecting together.

Group therapy offers a place to put words to experiences that often remain private. Members can be heard, learn from one another, and notice how they relate in real time.
