Support through significant change.
Choose the experience that speaks to you. Each virtual group offers shared reflection with a therapist and peers across six online sessions. Groups are designed for 6–8 members and remain closed once a cohort begins.
Expecting Partners
For non-pregnant partners preparing for the emotional transition into parenthood.
Welcoming a child can change your sense of self, your partnership, your family relationships, and the future you imagined. Alongside anticipation and joy, there may be uncertainty, pressure, or memories of your own upbringing.
This group welcomes partners who are not pregnant, regardless of gender identity. It offers a place to reflect on those changes, talk honestly with peers, and consider the kind of parent and partner you want to become.
Pay for the series in advance or pay per session. A missed meeting cannot be made up and remains subject to the $100 session fee. Read the cancellation policy.

Family Caregivers
For people caring for someone with serious or chronic illness.
Care can bring love and purpose alongside exhaustion, uncertainty, guilt, resentment, and anticipatory grief. Your responsibilities may change faster than you can make sense of them.
This group makes room for the complexity of caregiving, shifts in your relationship with the person receiving care, and the challenge of caring for yourself while caring for someone else.

Grieving a Loved One
For adults living with the death of someone important to them.
Grief can change routines, relationships, identity, and the way the future looks. There is no single timetable or right way to experience it.
This group offers a place to speak openly about loss, notice what has changed, and be with others as you find your own way of living alongside grief.

Health Care Workers
For health care and mental health professionals carrying the emotional demands of caring for others.
Health care and mental health work can ask you to stay present through suffering, loss, uncertainty, and difficult decisions, often while moving quickly to the next person who needs you. Those experiences can follow you beyond work.
This group welcomes mental health providers alongside other health care workers. Together, members can reflect on the impact of caring for others, the roles they hold at work, and the boundaries and connections that help sustain their practice.
